Live Well With Pain – online resources and in-person support
Live Well With Pain is an online portal with links and online resources to help those living with persistent pain.
Find out about the Ten Footsteps to Living Well With Pain, and information for carers of those living with persistent pain, on the website below.
There are also Live Well With Pain cafes – informal, welcoming and supportive groups for those living with long-term persistent pain conditions. These are run as part of the Rural Practice Network, a group of five GP surgeries in Wincanton, Bruton, Castle Cary, Queen Camel and Milborne Port. Please note: only those registered with these 5 surgeries are eligible to attend the cafes.
Live Well With Pain cafes take place in:
Milborne Port – 1st Tuesday of the month from 11.00am–12.30pm at the communal lounge at Wheathill Close (DT9 5EU)
Bruton – 1st Wednesday of the month from 11.30am-12.30pm at the communal lounge in Brue Avenue/Eastfield (BA10 0HT)

There is also an online monthly Live Well with Pain café on Microsoft Teams which takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7-8pm and is open to any people registered with any of the 5 surgeries.
All cafes are free to attend.
