Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Learning Disability Service is a highly specialist health service for adults with learning disabilities. The service aims to meet the additional and specialist health needs of people with learning disabilities and is complementary to the work carried out by mainstream health services.

We have 4 Community Teams for Adults with Learning Disabilities (CTALD) across the county, with the following professions represented: Community Nursing, Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy, Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and language Therapy
