At our club sessions our main aim is to ensure that we can offer something for everyone, regardless of ability or prior running experience. We strive to make these sessions as enjoyable and sociable as possible, so please do come along and try it out for yourself! You are welcome to come along for up to 4 free taster sessions before becoming a Member. We offer a Couch to 5K programme twice a year.
