Roots and Boots provides nature-based activities for people with dementia, and their carers.

It’s a chance to get outdoors, unwind, listen to the birds and make new friends whilst undertaking gardening tasks, nature walks or art and craft activities, and takes place on the first and third Mondays of each month between 2pm – 4pm at the Carymoor Environmental Centre in Castle Cary.
