Somerset-Wide Integrated Sexual Health (SWISH) offers free confidential testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, and offer a full range of contraception.

We are open to all ages including under 16’s. You can visit any SWISH Service, locally or further afield, however not all clinics run a full service, so please ring to find out what is available.

You can book an appointment at SWISH or attend a Sit and Wait clinic.

Drop-in facility for young people in South Somerset aged between 11-25 who are struggling with mental health difficulties. Young people can get support on anxiety, depression, gender dysmorphia, self-harm, addiction, sexual health, unemployment, sexuality and substance misuse.

Our advisers can provide emotional support if you are worried about your sexual health or have concerns about living with HIV. We can help you access services local to you across the UK, whether provided by us or by someone else. We can also help you if you’ve got concerns about: HIV or STI testing and accessing PEP, prosecutions for transmission of HIV, or any other questions about improving your sexual health.
