Walk15 low impact workout – Merriott & Chard
Walk15 is a low impact workout that is for all fitness levels and ages. Even those with illnesses and minor injuries (osteoarthritis or knee pain) can join. Basically, if you can walk on the spot for half an hour, you can do this. And it’s set to cheesy music that keeps the pace going. £5 per person.
