Pilates – Crewkerne
Starting Monday 4th October 2021
A class for all abilities aiming to strengthen the body and improve flexibility, general fitness, and wellbeing, while helping to develop control and endurance for the entire body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core (the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips), and improving coordination and balance.
Mondays 2:30pm – 3:30pm – £4.00 Members / £6.00 Non-Members . Booking essential.
