If you’re a Carer in the South West, you can sign up to the HOPE for Carers programme – a free 6 week online course. Life as a carer can be challenging, by joining our HOPE programme you can meet others in the same situation, improve your confidence, feel more in control and explore any worries you may have.

You can complete the course at your own pace, with support from trained facilitators.
