Tellmi is a safe, anonymous app for young people where you can talk about absolutely anything. From anxiety to autism, dating to depression, or self-harm to self-esteem, sharing your experiences with their awesome community helps you to feel better.
Moderators check everything to keep their users safe and their in-house counsellors are always on hand for those who need extra support.

A weekly therapeutic support group for individuals diagnosed (or awaiting diagnosis) with Autism. We aim to provide a safe, Autism-friendly, supportive environment which encourages interpersonal connections between members with structured activities including:
· creative activities
· board or group games
· local walks
Every Monday (not bank holidays), 10am – 12pm with a 15-minute interval

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an innovative way for children, young people and adults alike to reduce their anxiety, develop confidence and learn new skills with (or without) our horses in a natural outdoor environment. Since the first COVID-19 lockdown, to allow us to maintain the health & safety of both our staff & learners, we now only run 1:1 sessions – which have proven to be very successful and beneficial for all concerned. EAQ Manor Farm is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based in the small village of Stocklinch near Ilminster.
One-to-one Equine assisted counselling and psychotherapy social enterprise based in Long Sutton near Langport. The Heard Therapy is a client-centred and horse-centred therapeutic space set within the context of beautiful countryside with access to natural woodland.
Michaela and her team of horses, Reg, Star and Tigger, provide a safe and private space from which personal growth and development naturally transpire.
Michaela can combine various techniques and strategies, which include Mindfulness, Nature Therapy, CBT therapy, integrative therapy, and equine therapy. She works with clients aged 8 plus, including adults.
The Heard Therapy specialises in a personally developed approach to meet individual needs, with particular experience in working with: Trauma and PTSD, Complex Trauma, Autism and Neurodiversity, Autistic and neurodiverse people affected by trauma, LGBTQ.
From extensive practice and understanding, Michaela also works with a range of issues that include: Anxiety, OCD, Relationships, Depression, borderline personality disorder, addictions, behavioural issues, additional learning needs.
